He also served as corporate coordinator for the Lower Mississippi Delta Commission, headed then by former president and Governor, Bill Clinton. While serving as a member of the Lower Mississippi Delta Commission in helping assist low income families, living with and around alcoholics and drug addicts, and now residing in northeast rural Arkansas, Mr. Coletta noted, that these people had low self –esteem that held them back from breaking free of their bonds, prompted and inspired Mr. Coletta to write Simple Truths.
