| Edward Beekman-Myers is the author of several stories, most with a science-fiction slant. "The Totally Gnarly Adventures of the Galactically Bitchin' Comet Sweat!" is the first volume in a series featuring the humorous exploits of Declan Slocomb and his friends. Beekman-Myers has also completed a semi-autobiographic novel, "Chasing the Elusive." He resides in Springfield, IL, where he teaches composition and literature for various colleges.
