Bouley was born in Norwich, Connecticut, on May 11, 1948. He attended high school, in Jewett City, Connecticut. Married and a father of two, Judy who resides in Connecticut and Shane who resides in Florida. For twelve years he worked as a police officer for the City of Norwich, Connecticut. He recently retired from the position of Coordinator and consultant of Safety at a hospital in Connecticut because of Parkinson's Disease. Relocating to Ocala, Florida, in 2008 where he resides with his wife, Donna, and his two Westie dogs. He is now pursuing his passion for writing fiction novels.
