Xavier McCaskey a south Philadelphia native was born and raised on and off in Philadelphia's Raymond Rose projects. Born to a young an single mother Xavier attributes all his success to God his mother Rose M.Rossell formerly (McCaskey) but most of all his grandmother Mrs.Catherine Broome McCaskey and his Late grandfather Albert N. McCaskey a native New Yorker. Xavier a Doctoral Candidate who will graduate November 2008 with a dual degree a Master in School Counseling Psychology and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Western Alabama says "All the bad things that have happened to me in my life I have bounced back from, I've fallen from the highest mountain into the deepest river and never drowned.I have been paralyzed and only to come back and walk.
