Fatal Kidnapping - Excellent debut novel of suspense

By Tracy B. Evans

By ellen "Ellen in Atlanta" (Atlanta! , Georgia USA)

What would you do if someone you loved was kidnapped and not heard from for 3 days? A father and a fiance's worst nightmare... Katie Stone, beautiful girl, about to be married to Caleb, is kidnapped while she was going to the store to get lipstick - Searches are organized to find her - She is finally found in near a shed of condemned property.

Her story is a terrifying one - as she tells the Sheriff the story of her kidnapping, and the actions she is forced to do, Sheriff Day begins to doubt her words....What really went on with this young lady? So begins a character study filled with terrifying details, feints, and mystery. The end is a hold your breath ending... Excellent story, excellent plotting.

Will be interested in further works from Ms. Evans. The only thing I wish this book had was looser dialogue among the characters, especially fiance and father. If that is the worst criticism, I'd say Ms. Evans has a bright future.
