New Author Nominated for Two Literary Awards

MG Hardie and his often called controversial book EveryDay Life have been nominated for two Afr'Am Literary Awards. Hardie's book EveryDay Life has been named The Best Kept Literary Secret of 2008 and has received some truly amazing review. EveryDay Life has people talking and asking such diverse questions as, Who is Black? Why our Foreign Policies are wrong? EveryDay Life has been called “A slice of African-Americana”, “Hilarious” “Brilliance”, “Deeply Intellectual”, “Raises Critical Issues”. The Afr'Am Literary Awards has nominated EveryDay Life in the Street/Urban Lit & New African-American Voice Categories. The Southeastern Virginia Arts Association (SEVAA) has been celebrating African-American arts and culture for more than 25 years.
