05/17/09By Chris Tatevosian
Tate Publishing and Enterprises, LLC | Publisher’s Press Release: For Immediate Release Chronic illness doesn’t just cripple the mind and body; it can cripple even the strongest relationship. People dealing with MS or any chronic illness need coping skills. Now, Chris M. Tatevosian, a sufferer of the chronic disease Multiple Sclerosis, chronicles his own struggles and shows viewers how he learned to cope with the disease and with the subsequent breakup of his marriage. Chris M. Tatevosian humbly writes from his heart to encourage not only those struggling with MS,but with any chronic illness, that there is life with this disease, BUT he writes to encourage everyone to let go of the 'poor me attitude' syndrome that we all take on with any life challenges. He claims that this PMA (poor me attitude) syndrome is more dehabilitating than the chronic illness or disability itself. Tatevosian shares his experiences in his life and marriage, and how his PMA broke him and his relationship with his wife down bit by bit. He does this to encourage the reader to learn from his mistakes...to take a different path whether the reader has MS or not. In reading his book, you can clearly see he deeply desires his readers, to count thier blessings daily. He encourages us all to remember those around us ... those who support us. He wants us to not only love them daily but remember not to take them for granted through our PMA. Chris' testimony and story encourages readers to take life one step at a time, with humor, grace, and patience for all around them. Whether you're saddled with disease or circumstance, we're all subject to feel sorry for the lot life has dealt us. This book is a wonderfully written reminder to make sure to count our blessings and be aware of those we love around us. To not only be aware of their needs, but tell them every day how much you love and appreciate them. The book is available at any bookstore nationwide or can be ordered through the publisher at www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore For more detail visit the author's web site www.Lifeinterrupted-nolonger.com, or by visiting barnesandnoble.com, amazon.com or target.com. In 1980, while a freshman attending Johnson State College, he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Tatevosian graduated from Johnson State College in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in ecology. His career was cut short in 1993 when MS forced him to stop working and go on disability. He and his wife, Jane, and Jane's two younger children, 17-year-old Mark and 21-year-old Lauren, live in suburban Massachusetts.
